Refund policy
Customers have up to 14 days after delivery of the order to contact MUSA if they wish to cancel the order. MUSA will only refund the price paid for the order without shipping costs.
If this contact is made more than 14 days after delivery of the order, MUSA reserves the right not to refund any amount paid.
Regarding defective products:
• Once the manufacturing defect has been verified, we will assume all expenses and replace the merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
• If we notice vandalism or dishonesty, we reserve the right not to refund or replace items.
